What Our Clients Say

My friend asked me to post this review on Google for her, as she wishes to remain anonymous:"I highly recommend Attorney An, as he and his team achieved the best possible outcome for me! He always answered my questions promptly and was incredibly professional. This was a terrifying time for me, and he was able to put my fears at ease. Attorney An also took a payment plan, which helped immensely. If you need representation to the Texas Board of Nursing, he is the man you want!" - A Grateful RN
My friend’s license got revoked because of the mistake on her address. He took my friend’s call and worked on her case right away, and got her license reinstated within 7 weeks, though not fully dismissed but he and his team are working tirelessly to restore my friend’s license back, and we are confident that they will. Truly I recommend atty. Yong and his team for an amazing work they did. And mind you, he won’t keep asking you for attorney fees. Truly blessed she picked him. May God bless him and his team!
Mr. Yong J. An is undoubtedly incredible at what he does. He gave me consultation advice that uplifted me and I believe set me on the right path (on a Saturday morning!). If you're questioning what lawyer to get or who to call. Contact him, he has your best interests at heart, as much as any medical professional does their patient. God bless Mr. An.
I've been a board certified Registered Nurse since 2015. Pediatrics has always been my back ground. In 2020 I worked PRN for a home health company and met the sweetest little boy. He is trach/vent dependent, immobile, and non verbal. He was fully dependent on nurses and his mom. In February 2021 I decided to go full time. I was working over 60 hours a week helping his mom care for him. The BON and nursing school they tell you not to get attached to patients. That's harder said than done. His mom and I became great friends. We are both single mothers. Well, by fall of 2022 I started working less and dating. The mom was irritated because I wasn't there. Mind you, I still worked 40 hours. Every day I would come to work and this poor kid was filthy. Diaper overflowing, trach was disgusting. Mom and I started to be irritated with each other. He was on seizure precautions and the lights had to be off or dim. In October 2022 she called the office and accused me of sleeping. Of course that's a big violation. I was let go (my boss came in the morning, I wasn't told I would be let go until after my shift was completed) weird how the mom felt I was endangering her child yet let me stay another 12 hours. 🙄 Well the company filed a complaint with the Texas BON. I was terrified to lose my license. I'm a single mother and didn't know what I would do. I reached out to Yong on the last few days of the cut off to respond to the Board (I procrastinate). He was able to stop any action the board would have taken. He video chatted with my that night and discussed details. He made me feel comfortable and helped ease my anxiety on the matter! I barely had to do anything after I hired him. A few documents and a written paper on "why I wanted to be a nurse" easy right? I finally received the news yesterday that the BON dismissed the case and expunged it from my record!! So from 10/22-6/24 Yong took care of my case! I don't think I would have been able to do it alone! Thank you so very much Yong! You guys... I highly recommend him!!
I’m writing this review in an effort to give people an insight as to what to expect with Yong J. An as your lawyer. First off, as unfortunate as situations are, I would 100% recommend Yong J. An to anyone seeking legal advice or counsel. My experience working with him was nothing short of awesome. He was very professional, eager to help, very informative, transparent & was very easy to communicate with. If you’re looking for a great Lawyer you can count on, and someone you can trust; this is your guy.Thank you again for all your help sir.
Mr. Yong is incredibly knowledgeable and fought tirelessly for my case, always keeping me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend him to anyone needing legal representation. His knowledge of the process and procedures conducted by the BON during an investigation was extremely beneficial. He was always available to answer my questions and kept me updated on every development. He always explained everything clearly and understood the complexity of the case. Because of his knowledge and expertise I received the best possible outcome and will eternally be grateful!
I highly recommend Mr. Yong J An Texas Nurse Lawyer for your nursing license/legal situations. He was extremely helpful, flexible, understanding, and kind. I literally was nervous to hire an attorney because I did not know who to hire so i literally asked God for a sign and when I came across Mr. Yong's profile and website I messaged him and in less than an hour I got a respond back and a facetime consultation which gave me that assurance and sign that I had asked for from God. The vibe he exuded was right and legit. He was straight to the point, efficient and fast. Too good to be true that I kept doubting myself if this was real and if he really was this nice, cuz the majority of lawyers that I have had in the past are pretty brutal and money hungry...just facts. The entire process was practical, transparent (no hidden fees or surprises), and fast. I got my nursing license renewed in less than a month and Unencumbered, which is what I prayed to God for. I now feel free and happy to know that Mr. Yong J An is a God sent nursing lawyer that will get the job done and will work with you in payments and any questions you may have.Hire him, you will NOT regret it. I can now sit back and relax and know my nursing license is safe and in good hands. Thank you to the entire law firm of Mr. Yong--God bless them all! I am sooo thankful to Yong J An and his team!
Mr. An is a no nonsense attorney who gets results. I could not have been more satisfied with the outcome surrounding the circumstances of my license renewal with the Texas BON. His is firm and direct while also being caring and concerned for his client. I would highly recommend him to anyone when it comes to your professional license.
When I was reported to the BON I was terrified. As a single Mom… how would I pay the bills if I couldn’t continue to Nurse. I looked on the web for lawyers specifically for nurses, Yong had by far the best reviews. I called him up and he really put my mind at ease during the initial consultation. He was up front about what I was facing and what the worst case and best case scenarios were. It didn’t take me long to decide to hire him. Throughout the last year and a half process with the BON, Yong has personally called to update me on my case, he personally emailed me the things I needed to do, before the board even asked for it. I never questioned that he had my back. Today we got the official documents and I got the best case scenario. I know it was only due to Yong and his team! If you’re fighting the BON, you want Yong on your side! He knows exactly what to do, and when to do it. He’s the best and I will recommend him over and over again!
I'm a Texas nurse that was working on a compact license in Iowa. I was facing some allegations against my nursing license that left me completely baffled, and devastated. I reached out to Mr.Yong and he was very informative, realistic, and supportive every step of the way. Mr. Yong and his legal team worked diligently over the past year to save my nursing license. They fought for the correct evidence to be provided to me during my case. I can say after a year of fighting praise be unto JESUS CHRIST , I was vindicated and my case was dismissed. Mr. Yong was always available to answer any questions that I had and he also aided in assisting me to believe in myself as a nurse again. I thank God for leading me to Mr. Yong. If you are ever in a bind you should never fear with an attorney like Mr. Yong around. I would recommend Mr. Yong a million times over. I'm forever grateful for him as well as his legal team.
