Because of this, the RN was summoned by the Texas Board of Nursing. However, she failed to hire an experienced nurse attorney to defend her case.

Because of this, the Board of Nursing disciplined her license because they thought that her conduct was likely to injure the patient from lack of appropriate nursing and medical care.
