Accusations are stressful issues for an RN or LVN, except when Texas BON case lawyers assist you against the case. The Texas Board of Nurses is responsible for all hearings against RNs and LVNs undergoing a case that may revoke, suspend or only discipline their license. Take note that Texas BON case lawyers can also defend a nurse’s license against accusations.

On or about November 19, 2019, a RN from El Paso lacked fitness to practice nursing in that she exhibited signs of impairment. Specifically, was observed stumbling, incoherent and disoriented. The RN’s movements were uncoordinated causing him to stumble and fall sideways. After getting her belongings, the RN departed the home only to return five (5) more times for other items she perceived to be forgotten. The RN was observed attempting to enter the observer’s car after never being able to enter his car. The RN’s condition could have affected her ability to recognize subtle signs, symptoms, and/or changes in the hospice patient’s condition, and could have affected his ability to make rational, accurate, appropriate assessments, judgements, and decisions thereby placing the patient in potential danger

The RN was summoned before the Board to defend against the case. But without the proper help from Texas BON case lawyers, the RN lost the case and she was disciplined and suspended.

The Texas Board of Nursing then subjected the RN and her license into disciplinary action. The accusation would have been defended by experienced and skilled Texas BON case lawyers had the RN hired one. Hiring a Texas BON case lawyer for defense is applicable for any kind of accusation laid against an RN or LVN.
